Shipping policy

We proudly offer shipping within the United States for all our products. Once your order is placed, please allow 24-48 business hours for processing. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with detailed tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

Please note that during sales and events, processing times may be extended by 3-5 business days.

For orders within the United States, we offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): $9.90 (no signature required)
- Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days): $24.99 (no signature required)
- Free Standard Domestic Shipping on orders over $75 (offer excludes site-wide sales)
- Expedited Overnight Shipping: $39.90 (no signature required)

Order cut-off time is 12:00pm CST. Orders placed after 12:00 CST will be shipped out the following business day.

Please note the order cut-off times for expedited shipping options.

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
